What Was That Excuse? Bookmark

Jesus left the glories of heaven to come to a sinful world. When He began His ministry, He suffered rejection by many Jews; even members of His own family did not believe He was the Son of God. He was tested, taunted, and ultimately tortured and crucified because of our sins, not His own. Throughout all of it, He did the will of His heavenly Father, no matter what the cost.

To be faithful Christians today, we must obey our heavenly Father, no matter what the cost. Making excuses for why we can't (or won't) obey God is not acceptable. If Jesus could go to the cross for YOU, just what excuse for not obeying God do you think will work?
