The first children were brothers named Cain and Abel. Abel worshipped God faithfully, but Cain's sacrifice did not please God. Cain became angry and killed Abel. Our children should learn about jealousy, proper worship, self-control, obedience, and other lessons from this account.

This visual uses stick figures with the facts of the lesson printed on them. Build the figures of Cain and Abel as you teach the lesson. Then the students can sort the pieces to build the figures correctly as they review the account.
